This Durga Amman Temple was built in 1992 in Montreal by the grace of the Goddess. Later, in 1995, it was built in the area of Jean-Talon Street and the Kumbabhishekam was held. After this, it was easier for Hindus from Tamil Eelam, Sri Lanka, India and other religions to come and worship.
